As previously announced, the IPL 2025 finals will be held at Ahmedabad on June 3. This was communicated as part of a revised schedule when the tournament was put on hold – due to the military conflict between India and Pakistan.
The IPL was put on hold on May 9 and resumed on Saturday in the light of a ceasefire. It should be noted that the IPL start match between RCB and Kolkata Knight Riders was rained out without a ball being bowled.
Highlights
Ahmedabad is set to grant the final at Narendra Modi Stadium after staging qualifier two on June 1. New PCA Stadium, New Chandigarh will host the first qualifier on May 29, and the eliminator on May 30.

Due to Southern districts’ inclement weather, the playoffs which were originally designated for Hyderabad and Kolkata have had to be relocated.
RCB’s last home match against SRH will now take place in Lucknow. Also, RCB will face off in their final away game against Lucknow SuperGiants.
